My 8 year old son recently said.?

my 8 yr old boy just told me he wants only santa to know what he wants for Christmas! so how do i figure out what he wants so that he still believes in Santa! HELP! hes too young not to know.

Answer:
My parents never told me about Santa Claus and I'm fine. It's not going to traumatize him if he finds out the truth at this age.

I think that it's more traumatizing to lie to your child about Santa Claus because your child has so much trust in you.
haha he is testing you, let him tell santa, then you go "tell" santa what you want, and aks santa what the boy said while u are there
daf
dress up as one
Have him write a letter and tell him you will mail it.
Have him write santa a letter
Have him write a letter. Tell him you'll mail it on your way to work.
Take him to see santa then when he is distracted get santa or his helper to tell you.
He better write Santa a letter then.
tell him the only way santa will know what he wants is if he writes santa a list of what he wants
then tell him to give you the list so you can mail it to santa
then read what he wants.
I would tell him to write a letter to Santa and after he does that, tell him you will take it to the post office like on your way to work or something and then open it up and read it. That's really the only thing I can think of...
get him to write it down. tell him that santa is coming by your work later, and you're gonna give it to him. then santa can give him what he really wants.
tell him that he has to write Santa a letter and tell him what he wants for Christmas. He will probably need your help to write it and then you will know what he wants.
Tell him to write Santa a letter with everything he wants for christmas. Either mail the letter to your house or just tell him you're going to mail it. Either way, it gets to you.
Okay, here is what you do...

Make a mock email account for Santa!! You have the password and username. Tell him you found his email address and you think he should email the list this year so it doesn't get lost in the mail. Let him email the account.

When your son is asleep, go to the mock santa account, open up the email and BAM now you know.
have the Mall Santa tell you... or suggest your son write a letter
He Obviously already knows!
maybe you could just have him write a letter address it and say you'll bring it to the post office on your way to work but instead just open it and use it...
Ask him to write Santa a letter with a list of items he would like to receive. Then give him an envelope and stamp and put it with the other mail you take to the post office. Then intercept.
tell him to write a letter to santa, and then read it, or tell him that parents have to tell santa what to bring
help him to write a letter for sants and say youll post it
tell him youre too busy to take him to the mall to talk to santa directly.tell him he will have to mail him a letter this year.intercept the letter.
Tell him that Santa need it in writing and have him write a letter, then intercept it.
Tell him to write a list and you'll send it to Santa for him.Good Luck
Tell him he needs to write a letter to Santa and you'll take it to the fast delivery place to insure he gets what he wants. (then read the letter)
tell him to right a letter, and tell him you will send it! tell him to adress it to santa, so it looks authentic..lol

Well i now look back and see all us have the same idea...lol
tell him to write a letter to santa, then put it in the envelope and everything and tell him that you'll post it when you go to work or something then you oped it up and read it then get him what he wants
tell him santa needs him to write down what he wants, and you will mail the list to him
Have him write a letter to Santa and tell him you will send it to him.

Or, make up a fake email addy and have him email Santa! Save on postage that way and eliminate the possibility of him wanting to mail it himself.
Have him write a list to santa, tell him you will mail it for him, and open it when he's not around.
I knew all about that stuff before age 5, I pretended to believe. But for my kids my hubby wants them to believe in it. My kids sent there letter to Santa in North Pole Alaska with a donation every year!
