But seriously, what do you mean "ask out"? You have nowhere to go, no way to get there, and no way to pay for it. You should just tell him you like him and you can probably hang out together, but I wouldn't expect much more at your age (hopefully).

I would say its nice u want to ask a guy out, but hun be old fashion and wait for him to come to you. I know that may seem unreal for kids these days, but if it worked when i was in the 7th grade over 15 years ago it can work for you. First, see if he's interested in you first. Talk with him, interact become friends or hang out buddies. Then if he shows more interest beyond friendship then u have your green light to go, but only if your parent(s) say its ok and have at least seen the boy. Stop being impaitent and take it slow, why r u rushing? Whether u know it or not guys like a girl that make them quess and if he's not like that then u don't need him. Talk with your mother or father about this or someone older and that you can trust. Hope this helps
You don't. You wait for him to ask you out. DO NOT ask him out. It will make you look desperate and you will be ruined for the rest of the year and well into the next. It will haunt you forever and chances are that since he didn't like you enough to ask you out, he will dump you soon or reject you on the spot.
