How to stay motivated?

Take a picture of yourself every day after your workout. You will begin to notice minor changes between the first and last pictures. You may not feel any changes, but you will be able to see them. Also, if you get on a daily workout schedule, stay on it for at least 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks it will get easier and it wont be so easy to quit. Your body will get used to the workout and you will feel better after it.
try changing your training programme to include things you don't usually do.
a drop in motivation occurs because of boredom
so try increasing the amount of times you do certain exercises, increase the resistance, or try something completely different once a week like swimming, running or even dancing.
by changing your exercise routine you will find you see a change in your ability, and physique, and this may motivate you to get back to your old programme and continue to work to get your 6 pack.
