what do u mean eat her skin like chew on her fingers or like other skin???? cuz i know alot of ppl that kinda when they chew there finger nails they chew on there skin i dont but i guess its normal
It's a bad habit that needs to be broken. Is she old enough to understand if you tell her no? I have story times with elementary classes all day long, and in every class, at least one kid (usually two or three) is digging in their nose while I'm reading to them, and I tell them to GET A TISSUE. These bad habits can be unlearned! I think people are afraid to embarrass the kids so they just let the behavior slide. So tell your daughter she needs to stop it, that it's yucky.

Sounds like she has some emotional issues. Think about that for a sec, its NOT normal. Im not sure how severe it is but I think the sooner you find out why its happening the sooner you can help her stop it!

If she is doing it obsessively..it could be anxieties or nervousness from her. She is likely not even aware what she is doing. Don't shame her from it..it is often a sign something is bothering her.
try and find out what is happening in her life..at school...etc.
Don't know. Just a phase I guess. Hey, I did it too. She'll grow out of it.
