Any ideas on the 100 items?
Answer:
marshmallows
m&m's
gummy bears
chocolate chips
pieces of cereal
chocolate kisses
suckers
toothpicks
popsicle sticks
q-tips
cotton balls
stickers
crayons
pennies
pipe cleaners
dry beans
pompom balls - like for crafting
pieces of dry pasta
balloons (not inflated)
Goldfish crackers
Teddy Grahams crackers
Sheets of stickers? You can buy them in those huge packs, and kids that age love stickers - plus, they're very cheap!
I did Penny's. It is a dollar. Simple. I also sent her with 100 cheerios but she ate some on the way... and well... there were not even close to 100 when she got there. LOL.. I would do the Penny's. All I did was get two rolls of Penny's. Then I didn't have to count them or worry about any getting lost.
candy, fruit loops, maybe even little heart shaped cookies if u like to bake! Look at some of my answer with 100 days projects you will find some intresting ones like bird house or treasure box...
Chocolate chips, pennies, m&m's
100 pieces of candy..like reese's peanut butter cups or jolly ranchers
Erasers, Highliters, or little post-its.
Pixie sticks (those junkie straws with the powder in them - not the pixie sticks for playing with). (Sure, they're junkie; but it isn't every day.)
Particularly interesting looking marbles occurred to me, but I think a lot of kids may swallow them (even if they are in kindergarten and not under under three).
Froot Loops, mini marshmallows, mini erasers (they have cute ones at Dollar Tree, Big Lots, etc. in packs or 30-50 or so), pennies or nickels (see if you can get a bunch of those new shiny ones with the new design!), individually wrapped LifeSavers mints (in bags at Wal-Mart)...
The stickers are a wonderful Idea. Anything that is sweet might make the kids hyper and harder to Handel for the teacher.
PENNIES
PAPER CLIPS
RUBBER BANDS
PENCIL TOP ERASERS
GOOD LUCK
marbles
seashells
fun character postage stamps
novelty postcards
My stepdaughter brought in pretzels, (the smaller ones).
The kids in my son's class did things to make a trail mix.. like teddy grams, m&m's, goldfish, chex, things like that. I think the pennies are a good idea if the teacher does not want food items. Marbles are good. But I would hope all of them know not to place them in their mouths. Good luck.
We have done chocolate chips and hershey's kisses. One time I even made little cookies and numbered them. get creative and have fun with it.
