Derwent pencil sets, they have a HUGE range of colours. Or try to get her into an art class for kids. Or have a chat to your local bookstore clerk and see if they can recommend some books wich can teach her technique.

My little girl's 6-1/2 (can't forget the 1/2) and she also LOVES to draw. Glitter pens, cool markers, sketch paper, drawing pencils...things that spark her imagination.
Little Tykes has an art easel that my budding artist absolutely loved.
My son is like that too, he's 8. He draws all the time. I think we have bought every drawing book on the market. That and pencils, special pens and paper. LOTS of paper! Just encourage her, who knows she may be the next Charles Shultz!
