The girls and boys town hotline is a great free resource. i have used it my self many times. the people who aanswer the phones are trained to help teens with any problem they might be facing. they realy do care, and they help a lot.

I am not sure of the extent of her troubles as you have not stated them.
I would start with your daughters doctor, school, and a church if you are associated with one.
Through them they should be able to help you come up with local services to help your daughter and possibly ways to help get the money or services for free.
do you have a pastor? maybe she will relate to a school counselor who can get the ball rolling. if not, call your local department of social services and ask them. I'm sure they will guide you in the right direction and a lot of time what you pay is based on your income, which means sometimes you pay nothing.
