It's funny that TheSkysTheLimit is your profile name but you are picky as to where you want to and don't want to work at. You're this picky, maybe you need to find a job on your own.

If possible, work in another town with their Senior Citizens or a nursing home. There's nothing wrong with working in a fast food restaurant at all, try working there to at least get your feet in the door and then move on to a better job. You can also try a grocery store, a store in the mall, a CVS or Rite Aid as a cashier. It seems as if you're trying to walk before you crawl.

my first job at 14 beiseds babbysitting was at a golf cource and i loved it.
ho about working at a store at the mall? or at a tanning spa. or at a regular spa
I can tell you this, a fast food place might hire you, but it is very unlikely. mostly because of Child labor laws, but don't let me freak you out, I would say... ask around, maybe find a small coffee shop (not Starbucks, but personally owned) and they'll most likely hire you.
You will need to go to your county court house and apply for a work permit. The business that hires you (unless you are babysitting or mowing lawns or something) will reimburse you for the cost of the permit. By law, you will be restricted to working certain hours and number of hours in a week. There will also be restrictions on what you can and can't do at a job, i.e. can use any elecrtical equiptment (meat slicer, industrial dish washer, etc). I think you can be a bagger at a grocery store when you are 14. My brother was a busboy at a restaurant when he was about that age.
At 14, you are still too young to have a job with an actual paycheck. Babysitting, dog walking, od jobs are about all there is for right now. However, if you are determined, get in touch with your school counsoler or the dept of Labor in your area. Normally at age 15 a person can get a job on a restricted basis, which means you'll be making less than minimum wage and you'll only be working certain hours but at least that's a foot in the door and once you turn 16 you'll have more experience than some of your friends just getting started.
depends how u look...
You could work in a reasturant answering phones.
Try your local malls. My first job ever that I got at 16 and had for three years was at Claire's Boutique. It was a lot of fun. Look around, you'll find something that interests you. Good luck.
Do you want to do lawn/gardening work? Well you could work at a cute little shop?!?!?! i dunno!
There are many jobs that a 14 year old can do. I am so proud of you for thinking about this so early!! You are going to be a great adult! There are many jobs to be had at your age. Babysitting is one. You can babysit everynight if you do it right. Find an agency in your area that you can take a class on it. Some churches give it. I am not saying that you need to learn anything, but when you talk to someone about you doing it, it helps put the parent at ease when they know that you have training. Hand out flyers at the drs office or at a school event to get your name out there. Another one is at a hospital. Talk to the Human Resources Dept. Tell them that you would like to work. Housekeeping or Dietary are fun jobs. Cleaning houses are another. Maybe try talking to an elderly neighbor and see if they need some cleaning done, or errands ran. They would love to see that you are willing to work. One thing to remember is... if you are going to get a job.. then you must be willing to work. I admire your drive to get a job and be responsible. Good Luck!
try the library, either community or school. There is usually work cataloging and checking books and other items. Libraries usually are happy to see students take an interest in books :o)- mention it to your principal, and teachers at school.
