My sister has 2 kids ages 3(girl) & 2(boy) what activities can we do when they come up to visit my husband & I
Answer:
The Zoo is always a great place to go, or you could rent some kiddie movies, buy a few kiddie games and play with them--my kids at the age just loved it when we played together as a family and that included gramma, grampa, aunts, and uncles and all sorts of cousins--as long as we were all playing games they understand (hide n seek, tag, slap jack, go fish, etc...) we always had fun--They also love asking questions at this age, so just talk to them and encourage them. They like to be included also, so call them up and ask the kids what they like to do.
Parks are always fun, with playgrounds you could have a picnic. Its hard to say for such a young age but thats what I came up with.
i have 2 boys.3 and 2.. they like coloring, puzzles, mcdonalds...parks playdough...dolls..yes even boys like dolls at this age!
Legos! actually...no...Legos are probably too small. Do you have any Duplo blocks by chance? They are fantastic for kids. disney movies work a lot too. Um, maybe you should just sit them down int eh kitchen and draw with them...with crayons (less messy). Take them outside maybe? A stroll around the neighborhood?
I take my 7 year old grand-daughter to craft stores and let her pick out a "project" we can both work on. They have them for all ages. They also have books you can buy with easy things the kids can make using household objects. (ie, paper plates, toilet paper rolls, etc.)
Hope this helps...
Good Luck! :-)
play hide and seek with them and play with stuffed animals.
MAYBE GO TO THE ZOO TOGETHER MY KIDS LOVED THE ANIMALS
You can play Go Fish or Slap Jack with them, my grandson loves those games. I started playing those with him when he was about 2 or 3, the games are easy, all they have to do is match the pictures to make pairs in Go Fish and in Slap Jack whenever the jack shows up at the top of the stack of cards, the first person to Slap Jack get the stack. You can go to any drug store in the toy dept. and find the cards. Have Fun!
