The Dore Program?

Has anyone had their child on the Dore Program?
Did it work?
I want to try my 6yr old son on it and would appreciate any feedback.

Answer:
My Mum had some thing to do with them,as one of my brothers has Asperger. They were so great at the start.A person came to my mum's house and assessed him for free. They made out that there was so much hope, and basically said that through their programme that they could make my brother so much better that you wouldn't even know that he had Asperger.they convinced my Mum hook line and sinker. They took so much money of her that it wasn't funny and no he didn't get any better, what's so ever. You are better off going to a meeting where you can get some amazing advice from people who have been there and done that with their own family members, and great advice on how to deal with your situation. We all went to the meetings,so we all knew what to do,how to communicate with our brother, and so that we could understand Asperger better.I don't know what your son has,but what ever it is,I think before you go any further you need to look up the Association,to what ever your son has,and go to one of the support group meetings, and take on board their advice.I truly hope that every thing works out for you son and you.Take care.
no its a useless thing to do because it takes your money.
