true friends wouldn't care about ur problem.
Go to the bathroom right before bed and maybe use a pad or two, just in case
Sleep on the floor.
DON'T DRINK TOO MUCH PAST A CERTAIN HOUR , ALSO THERE IS MEDICATIONS TO HELP WITH BED WETTING , AND IT IS A ISSUE NOT TO BE LAUGHED AT!
It is a fairly common event and if you get too tierd or do not have enough sleep it tends to happen.Sleepovers are the worst, stress will often trigger it and also prank playing friends will help it happen.Didn't you see the prank where they put the persons hand in warm water and they wet themselves.Nice friends you have.
I wet the bed until I was 12 years old. It wasn't all the time, but it still happened. Even as an adult, I would dream that I was actually in the bathroom and going to the bathroom. Fortunately I would wake myself up and actually go to the bathroom before something happened. The way that I stopped this was to severely curtail my fluid intake a couple of hours before bedtime. Stay away from sodas too close to bedtime because they can make you have to go to the bathroom more. Also, make SURE you go the bathroom right before bed. This should reduce your problem. You could also try wearing Depends undergarments in case of an accident. Just dress in the bathroom and nobody will know you are wearing them. If this problem continues after you have done these things, then you should see your doctor (or maybe even before trying these things). Often there is a medical problem that is causing you to wet the bed. Hang in there though. I know it is embarrassing, but it is a much more common problem than you think. Also, I would think about who you go to sleepovers with. Anyone who would laugh at you for this is being cruel, and not acting like a very good friend. I don't know how old you are, but I did outgrow this. You will too. You just have to have a plan to handle this problem. Hang in there and good luck!
It happens to me once. Now I go to the bathroom right before I go to bed. I also don't drink that much water before I go to sleep.
You can do
1. sit up
2. a special execise: at the end of your pee, you tighten the muscles inside your legs to expel the last of the pee.
If you keep tighten the same muscles over and over it should help your bladder problem. But you have to keep doing it. And I don't know how long you have to keep doing it before you see improvement, depending on each individual.
3. Some said surgery might help. Good luck.

Hi this problem is not so serious as u think, though u might feel bad about it. First stop thinking about it.
Next, visit a homeopathic doctor who will prescribe some pills for u. Homeopathy is completely safe. My brother had this problem until 17. after taking homeo, it stopped. Good luck and don't worry.
