sure, teachers are people too. i'm sure most single one's would like to date. If you're her student then maybe not, but if you're a mature male I don't see why she would refuse a nice dinner with a man. Just ask her, don't be a chicken. Also take into consideration that she may not want a serious commited relationship at this point in her life.
