my 7 y/o adores the 16 year mature girl down the street who minda him a couple afternoons a week. At first I payed no mind to it, but now it's getting annoying to hear "how much he loves her and that they're going to bring back married" etc. He wants to use his allowance money to buy her an extravagent Christmas present, which I dream up is a bit much.. I told him she's appreciate a card or something! But nope, the little man is pretty persistant.
I love this girl, and she's great with my boys but I necessitate to break the spell somehow. Any ideas?
