Ewwwwwwwwwww is right !! Man,wouldn't you like to just throttle rude little brats like that. If you get the chance, go up to him and bend over to whisper in his ear that, "If you ever speak to my sister like that again I'll kick you backside so hard, you won't be able to sit down for a month !!" Don't hang around for conversation, just check with him that he gets it and turn on your heel and leave.

first off explain to your little sister that boys are just stupid and ignore him than go to this kids house and tell his parents because he needs to learn that comments like that are not approiate at any age and if necessary ( he has crappy parents )tell the teacher or principal at her school and they can explain to this kid what good behavior is , it is natural for little boys to notice women when they grow up someone needs to explain to him how to handle his feelings and actions regarding this matter best of luck if it persists teach your lil sis to kick where it hurts as the last resort only lol
if it is at school, tell the teacher. this can get very serious very fast. If it is on the street and u see the kid, yell at him. If u know him or his phone #, call his parents and tell them what he said.
