Answer:
Our routine is exactly the same. Until lunchtime. Lunchtime is at noon and nap time at 1 pm. Usually he'll sleep until three or three thirty. So, my day is usually spent at home. Sometimes I forgo the nap in favor of visiting with my mom. Then everything gets pushed back because he's tired and still needs a nap.
We start the bedtime routine at 7:30 when we're taking a bath. At 8 pm when we're not. He's in bed by 9 pm at the latest. Usually he's in bed by 8:30. Dinner is at 6 or 6:30 depending on when my husband gets home. He has all three meals and two snacks. He also gets four/five sippy's of formula/milk per day.
He's eleven and a half months so we're starting to have him taste whole milk - which he loves.
We do a play group or visit my mom who baby sits my neice during the day. Either we're reading books, playing blocks, or walking around on his little bike (a pushcart tricycle). He also like to play on his airplane - like a horsey. We also go to the bookstore or the mall. They have a play yard at the mall. Anywhere we can go and run around...
It really stinks not being able to go for a walk or play in the park. We've also starting coloring. The hardest part is keeping the crayons out of his mouth, but he really does doodle.
I take my kids to the mall and walk around. Plus, our mall has a playground inside so my kids enjoy playing on it! Some malls have the baby gymboree in them for little kids to go and play!
It seems to me your day is pretty full. I don't think you have any time for more activities.
My little ones routine is as follows (she is 9.5 months)
7am breakfast and bottle
8am get washed dressed
9am she naps while we take the older kids to school
10am bottle then play time, singing or playing with toys
12 dinner
2 bottle and nap, during the afternoon we may go to a parent and baby group or swimming or to see a friend
3pm off to school
4pm teatime
6pm bath, bottle and change for bed
7pm bed
We have recently been trying out messy activities with paint although shes a little unsure just yet but did enjoy feeling it and doing hand prints perhaps you could have a go at that :)
Sounds like your already doing a fantastic job
it seems you day is pretty much all full
My daughters are 2 & 14 mos. We get up at 7:15 to get their brothers ready for school. Eat, dress, watch Dora/Diego. Take the boys to school. The girls play together while I clean etc. After I get the house straightened up, we have play time together f/ 10-1pm. Then we eat lunch about noon and nap at 1 until the boys get out of school at 3pm. We usually have 2-3 snacks a day. And we usually eat supper about 5:30ish depending on the boys afterschool activities and when my hubby gets off of work. We take a bath usually every other night, and we go to bed at 8:30. We used to walk every day also, but here is cold too. -7 right now. :( So we've been playing babies, cooking, coloring, dancing, we also have a new puppy keeping us active. Hope this helps!
