Who did you enjoy within the conferral room near you?

I am having difficulties decide...my fiancee wants to video cassette the delivery and for this reason I won't have someone right up subsequent to me for support. Originally I just considered necessary it to be me and him but now I am second guessing that. I construe I may want my mom to be there. My mom is going to university to be a baby nurse and I thought it would be special if the first transference she witnessed was her first grandchild. Also my mom is going through a rough time on the 17th of this month she will own heart surgery as she needs both her aortic and pulominary valve replaced and they need to fix an annurizim. I guess I want to share as plentiful memories as possible with her as this puts everything into perspective. I guess who do you come up with I should have and who did you hold as well as what be your experience and would you change it?

Answers:    About the video tape..you may not be able to. Some hospitals don't allow that anymore.
The first time, when I be 18, I had my boyfriend (who be no help) and my mom (who was wonderful) The second time, I have hubby (who was wonderful) next to mom praying in the circumstance. My dad and daughter were in that until the actual delivery, after they went to the waiting room. The second time be the best...having my dad and mom and daughter and hubby, to help out pass the time and hold on to my mind off of what I be going through.
I would recommend mom (if you are close) along with hubby, and tolerate your mom do the videotaping if they allow it, that opening hubby is your #1 person, and mom is nearby for support. The great things about moms are that they hold been at hand, done that, and they are great emotional support. My mom other was sensitive and supportive, and never belittled what I be feeling. Good luck & God Bless
I have my husband and very best friend. My mom would enjoy been more a strain the help so she be OUT! Actually out of state even but sounds like you should hold your mom.

She would love it.
my mom, my husband, a dula and like 5 more doctors and nurses besides my ob/gyn (had cord problem during delivery)... :) my room be FULL.
I believe they allow 2 people surrounded by the room, so bring your mom and fiancee.
