Ok I have a kinda of stupid question, How can you measure out baby formula without the scoop?

I need to know how to measure the formula per ounce because the scoop is missing from the can of formula for the baby that I am babysitting. It gives you the grams in the scoop but I just need to know how much to put in a 4 ounce bottle.
Someone please help!

Answer:
most are about a tablespoon of powder per 2 ounces of water
open another can and use the scoop in it,
Just use a spoon.

One Scoop = almost 2 spoonfulls.
Just measure it out inside the bottle, if you're making 4 oz of formula, just put a little bit under 2 oz into the bottle and fill with water until 4 oz. If your confused...i'm really sorry!
use about a heaping table spoon for every scoop that you should have used.
i measured it out and it comes out to be 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon.level full
horse_fre... said it best. Most bottles have the ounce markings on the side. Simply take small spoonfulls until you get the amount of formula you need. Also, if no markings, most cookbooks have a equivalent measurements chart. If not, type in cooking measurements in your search engine! Good Luck
I use Enfamil and 1 scoop=4 tsp.
I may be "not-a-mom", but hey, right now, I'm a stay-at-home dad having a new born baby. I tried this one; one small-sized scoop (for new-born formulae) is equivalent to 1 tsp; the larger is 1 tbsp.
