My 7 month infirm is losing his voice?

My 7 month old is coughing for a while bit, has a clogged trunk, and his voice and kinda horse and keeps going within and out. Now his brother had strep and croup a couple days ago so should I be worried more or less that. He has no disorientation at all and is not bark coughing like when my son have croup its just a regular cough. He have a low grade confusion yesterday but today its gone but his voice is still cracky and going out alot. Should I be worried that it could be strep or something?

Answers:    Because your baby have been exposed to strep, and is exhibiting some symptoms, consequently you should take him to the doctor, only to be on the safe side. Even though he doesn't hold a fever at the moment, the certainty that he did have one yesterday would be basis for concern. Our bodies don't elevate in heat - become feverish - for no purpose at all.

Yes, I really ruminate you should visit your child's doctor, or atleast supply them a call and see what they reason.
Yes if you have strep or croup next to the other one then its more than credible your baby have it to, take him to the doctor, or hail as, but you must talk to your doctor.
