Trouble staying asleep?
Answer:
I took the generic form of Paxil for a long time and I learned to take it in the morning b/c if I took it at night it would keep me up. Also, I had this problem with my first child, long after he started sleeping through the night I would wake up and think of everything my little brain could conjure up and couldn't seem to "shut off". I finally took Ambien for a few weeks and it helped me get back into the rhythm of sleeping at night. I would call your Dr. and ask what can be done about it, emphasis the importance of you getting your sleep to have the energy to care for your baby, as some doctors brush sleep problems off for some reason. Good luck to you and I hope you get a good night's sleep soon :)
Check with your doctor, the medication you are taking could be causing this. Sometimes you have to try 3-4 different meds to find the right one...I know from experience
I would check with the doctor. Also you could start a lil exercising. That could help with the depression and insomnia, it did for me anyway!
When you start an anti depressant sometimes it keeps you up for the first few weeks. Then it seems to level out. Also, you may have anemia. That messes with sleep too. I think you need to call your Dr. and explain and maybe get bloodwork.
