try cheerios...one at a time
Some good ones are Gerber veggie puffs and fruit puffs. Cheerios, teething biscuits are good too.
Applesauce, yogurt, smoothies...
Gerber sells snacks
J-e-l-l-o
Pudding
I like the fruit bags they sell in the baby bottle section. They are kind or like a pacifier, with something for they to grip, but the have a safe mesh bag that you can put slices of fruit in. They get the good habit of chewing and knawing on food, but the food gets small enough they can't choke on it. Basically, it allows the baby to make their own applesauce out of fresh apples! They are very nice. My daughter uses them even now at 6 months, under careful supervision of course. Other than that, I would recomend Fruit Puffs or Cherios.
Gerber has a series of crackers, dried fruits, fruit flavored puffs, etc that are perfect for your daughter at her age. They dissolve easily and she can pick them up on her own. My daugher loved them plus they are healthy.
I givew my nine month old vanilla wafers they are messy but they work for me. Good Luck
Cheerios, cottage cheese with small fruit, pudding, eggs (helps develop their brains efficiently), and Gerber products
gerbers fruit and veggie puffs are fantastic and parents choice has out their own version which are available at walmart just as good and only 1.50 versus 1.88. Beechnut also has cookies that are banana and dissolve well. My son enjoys saltines but hes got a mouthfull of teeth already and he is always well supervised when eating them. I alternate between salted and non since the iodine from the salt is good for your thyroid but he doesnt need it all the time. I also like the snack bags with the handles.I use frozen bananas in those which is great when theyre teething.
my baby also likes finger foods as snacks, i give her plain bread, just small pieces as she can suck on it, then it softens and is easy to eat. she also has arrowroot biscuits and water crackers, chunks of banana.
