best thing to do is ask your vet what she can eat and i don't see anything wrong with giving a her bath i own a male and he is like one of the family he's a good dog.
Dog food and quality dog food, your vet and other breeders will give their opinion. For the smell brush and blower dry her with hairdryer. Bath should be OK but it is a bit cold now.
