My newborn cries and refuse her bottle?
I know she is hungry after an 8 hour sleep, or a 5 hour playtime - so why is she so insistent that she is not? It isn't gas, the only piece different lately is that we use teething gel for her gums.
I don't want her to go hungry and eventually she drinks it after much fuss, any accepted wisdom on what may be the problem??
Answers: I feel for you. :-(
My ped told us NOT to put the gel on her gums back a feeding, as it can numb her throat, once swallowed, and she'll own a hard time erudition how to swallow food. If your baby is already drinking baby food (i.e.: rice, carrot, etc...) try feeding her first after give the oragel (or anything you are using). I hope this helps.
You also may want to try switch nipples or bottles. She may do better next to a different type of bottle. Don't worry nearly her starving, she would not starve herself.
Good luck to you and your tot!
probably she feels upset roughly her teeth. sometimes babies feels humiliated to it. ask her pedia about it.
