My daughter just turned 4months i woke up and her cheeks where bright red, what do i do?
Answer:
My daughters cheeks have been red, its because they are dry from the winter air. But check for fever, if no sign of fever I'm sure shes just fine!

I have boy & girl twins also. My son's cheeks so the same thing. It is normal in winter. Their doc said it was just dry skin and to put A&D ointment on it.
best thing to do is ask ur doctor..
is your baby teething allready? this can cause red cheecks my daughter had red cheeks when she was teething. she had 4 teeth by the time she was 5mths old :)
1) Check for fever.
2) Regardless if a fever is present, if it concerns you... call their doctor.
check and see what her temp is because if she's not running a fever then she might just be a little to warm in bed.
This happened several times when my son was 4-6 months old. One time this happened, it was because he was overheated! I had him in too much clothes and swaddled too tight! Another time his cheeks were bright red I caught him on the video monitor turned on his side in the crib rubbing his face against the crib bumper!
Hope this helps!
