What is the difference between nutramigen formula and alimentum formula?
Answers: They are the same, newly made by different companies.. Enfamil makes Nutramigen and Similac make Alimentum. They are both very expensive. If your child is on one of these special formulas, ask your insurance company if they will cover it. They sometimes will if your doctor can provide a missive explaining the necessity of it for your child.
I believe they are both synthetic and expensive. I had to enjoy my first son on alimentum(smells too) but it was worth its solidity in gold ingots for a kid who could not digest any of the others.
