A baby and blood?

I'm not married.I left my 4-month-old twins(girls) with a babysitter for 3 hours yesterday while I was out with friends. When I returned, she left and everything was fine. One of the babies was crying and crying for 2 hours. When I began changing her diaper there was a little blood near her vagina and on the diaper.I thought of calling the doctor and then I saw some dried blood on my perfume bottle.I didn't call the doctor because I had no idea how to explain that. The other baby didn't have any blood on her diaper. Is it possible that the babysitter had put the parfume bottle in my daughter's vagina or are there other reasons of blood there? And how should I explain that to a doctor?

Answer:
For God's sakes, do something about it.!!

When the police and doctor ask you questions, - explain it the best you can, - that's all you can do.

I had my 4 and (maybe) my 2 yr. old daughters molested by a babysitter, involving her description of Vaseline and a toothbrush handle.

Just do the right thing!! Don't have the guilt the rest of your life on how many other kids later on get molested by perverts.
The first thing you should do instead of screwing around on here is to GET THAT BABY TO A HOSPITAL! Take the perfume bottle with you, because there is NO "logical explanation" for a 4 month old to be bleeding in her diaper.
At 4 months old there should not be any blood near your babies vagina.A newborn baby girl sometimes has hormonal blood spots in the first few days. I would explain this scenerio to someone, esp if you think the perfume bottle has blood on it. This is very serious, and if in doubt,DON'T use that babysitter again.
People are sick. You should catch her on a nanny cam.
Yes, you should take your daughter to a doctor. Tell them exactly what you told us. Also you should report this to the police. They will investigate and determine whether the babysitter did indeed abuse your daughter. Whatever you do, make sure that you don't destroy evidence on the perfume bottle. You could also question the sitter and see if they have a reasonable excuse for there being blood on the bottle. Not that I can think of one at the moment. As a parent you want to make sure that your child is OK and that the person responsible gets the help they need.
HELLO!!?? What are you wating for? Take that child & the perfume bottle STRAIGHT to the EMERGENCY ROOM!! You tell the TRUTH!! Tell the docs EXACTLY who, what, when, where, why & how! That's what you do!! Why on earth would you even hesitate with your baby!? Would you have liked if your mom didn't do anything to protect you? You and only you are going to protect & stick up for your child. get the diaper bag... get the twin... get in the car & go!!
Call the doctor immediately. Or hell call the cops, there is no reason why your baby should be bleeding from her vagina! Esp. if you saw dried blood on the perfume bottle. Keep the bottle and show to the police or hospitol nurse!
You need to take the baby to the hospital and have her examined NOW! I can;t believe you would put something like "how is this going to look about me?" before the welfare of your child!! How do you explain it? You tell the TRUTH!! Now get off the computer and go to the hospital!!
