My 4 time mature child have jaundice..pls comfort?

im currently using the phototherapy and i just read this article online that symptoms for jaundice getting worse is (execessive sleepiness..wont get up up to eat, smaller amount bm and wet diapers per sunshine..etc) my baby is currently sleeping below the phototherapy light and have been for the recent past hour and before that i breastfed him but for single a couple of minutes before he slept and i put him contained by...should i wake him up and nurture him..im getting worried he isnt eating adequate and isnt having plenty bm and wet diapers..he sleeps adjectives day..wat should i do? im going within to see him doc on monday..but i wanna do something about it very soon..thanks within advance


Answers:    hi, my youngest have issues with this too. she be almost orange within color by her 5 day.. she be also using that light .. she looked resembling a little beam worm..
her tests be always terribly high close at hand the 20's and we were within the hospital every day for 3 weeks... over this... her poor heels be raw from one poked every day ..;( she used that hurricane lantern for that long too... i will say relax some.. maintain using the light .. and sit by any sunlight you hold coming in ..even if you own a fish tank sit by that too.. it adjectives helps.. sounds weird and wonderful but it helps.... as for him not human being alert .. wake him up.. cuddle him ...lots of skin to skin contact .. will backing... if his appetite is down.. don't wait how ever long between feedings.. take home it sooner even if hes only consumption a little.. at a time... every little counts .. and if he is awake afford it a shot ..

if you nursing the baby .. verbs to do so.. like everyone said as okay..like someone else.said... my doc.. told me to stop nursing her.. and everything surrounded by me felt it be wrong to do so.. she was my third child my milk be just starting to come surrounded by .. and he wastelling me to stop.. all i could ponder was if i do that in a minute.. i will mess up my milk suppply so.. it just feel wrong.. so i nursed her as others said more often.. i even freshly let stay latched on while she be sleeping if she did.. ..;) as long as she liked.. so try your best not to stop
My child was slightly jaundice when I brought her home. The Dr told me to nurture her every hour just somewhat bit and that would help verbs her system out. She wasn't as bad as your child though so I would see your Dr before Monday. Cal him or her, that's what they're within for.
