Is toddler jar food okay to contribute?

rather than solid food as I am working studying and so on and cannot juggle it

baby loves it but I am worried his robustness may suffer if i continue to hand over him ready made


Answers:    It's fine. I'm surrounded by the same predicament, so what I'm doing is making adjectives his food on Sunday night and freezing it for the rest of the week.
Baby food is yummy.
