My breast are always tender since the first month my time of year had stopped and they sore...It's resembling i'm going to have my term but its not coming. I'm still feeling it ryt presently. What does that mean? I get a negative pregnancy interview on U/S at 3 months since Last period.

I suggest you see a doctor. A gloomy ultrasound and no period within three months sounds like you enjoy a medical condition. I'd be tested for PCOS.
