Chewing on sleeping daypack?

my son sleeps in a tot sleeping bag, the sensitive without arms. He other grabs on the right shoulder and chews it. I don't mind this except for the certainty the shoulder is getting stained, it's ALWAYS wet, and I'm wash it non-stop. Is there anything i can do?

Answers:    Try one of those little newborn blankets with a dolls commander. Not sure what they are called but I bought one for my dignified daughter. There are different types, but basically they are a mini piece of cloth which heaps tots stroke or chew and they have a toys chief which they can also chew on. I bought mine at Best & Less in SA but I am sure they would be available at infant product retailers such as My Nursery etc.
Not sure how old your son is - it markedly could be a teething habit, (not neccessarily currently teething but could presently be a comforting habit)
If it works you will ony be substituting the toy for the bag, but at smallest he may stop chewing his bedclothes and the toy can be taken away .
Keep a chary eye though as any attempt to change may result contained by thumb sucking which is very concrete to stop once they start.
I'm not really sure there is anything you can do to prevent him from chewing on it. One theory could be to get another one, so that one can be contained by the wash while he is using the other one.
