Baby's smile?

my 4 week old has yet to smile. When will he smile, coo, and laugh.

Answer:
some babies smile shortly after birth, I don't care what others think, I know it isn't gas or anything else except a smile. Babies will smile and coo when they are ready. Usually cooing starts around the 3rd to 4th month. If yours hasn't yet at that age, don't worry. If it is 6 months, then I would get him or her checked.
He'll start smiling around 6 months
he should smile this week.
At about 3 months.
The waiting is the best part! And baby, when she starts smiling, she won't stop!

...until she hits about...oh...12.
relax, mama! babies don't smile until 6-8 weeks of age. Cooing starts roughly around the same time.
The baby just got out of the oven, Give it time !!
Oh i rember when my son was just that little. But he will smile and laugh and coo in a couple of months so don't feel that you baby will never smile coo or laugh.
all babies are different..my lil one smiled the day i had her.. it just all depends on the baby
3 to 4 months.

i know you can't wait for it hon..but it goes by SO fast. cherish every moment, and try not to rush things so.
Oh, you have a little while to go. dont worry though, when it happens, you will then have witnessed all the beauty god intended the world to see.
Are u watching him while he sleeps? They usually will smile
while they are sleeping.
could be anytime ow, it just depends on your baby, my baby started around 4 weeks and is now starting to laugh at 8 weeks
My son started smiling the day I had him, but he didn't start smiling when he was talked to until at least 6-8 weeks. The cooing came shortly after and he just started laughing about 2 weeks ago, a little over 3 months!
