Since i had my baby i can't ahve sex it's too painfull i had her almost four months ago. what can i do?

I'd call the doctor. I just had a baby 2 months ago and things are back to normal after only a couple of "painful" weeks. Four months is a bit long to be in pain.
That happened to me. You need to ask your dr whats going on. I didn't and it took me 4 yrs for it not to hurt !! Good luck !

Is that all you are thinking about? shouldn't you be thinking about your newborn??
That's a long time for the sex to still be uncomfortable. You need to go back to your doc & have him/her examine you to see what's going on down there.
