I don't know how to fund one, but I do know where you can find a great website to help with issues for twins (or single) babies. It is www.epregnancy.com
They have great stuff on there including a posting board. There is also www.geoparent.com
That is it's sister site.
You would be better off using a free service for making a website. Something like Freewebs would be good.
