Got 2 babies and I'm overweight, not gross, am breast feeding but need to loose 2 stone.?
Answer:
don't be to hard on yourself- i've just had my third- not lost weight from second!
my youngest two are very close in age so i'm on the go all the time- I don't have time to make a meal and constantly pick- i'm back to work soon and as I can't take the cupboard with me i'm hoping it will come off!
really as long as you feel ok and your healthy don't add any more pressure to yourself- you've enough to think about- just try and make time to eat at certain times and keep out of the cupboard!!
good luck!!
To loose weight while breastfeeding you need to eat really well. You need about 2500 calories a day, but these should be from fruits and vegetables and a small amount of lean meats and a reasonable amout of whole grains. Small meals throughout the day are good. That and get a lot of exercise.
I'm not sure what a stone equals in pounds but breastfeeding should help with some of the weight lose. Adding some exercise while the babys are napping will also help. Even when you are rushed make sure to eat healthy low fat foods and give your body time it take 9 months to gain the baby weight and usually that long to lose it.
The three hour diet works great. You need to eat breakfast, then eat a small meal every three hours. This starts up your metabolism. Then stop eating three hours before going to bed. The most important thing is to eat food that's good for you. Good Luck!
Cut out anything white. That's how I lost it after having a baby. I didn't eat anything made with flour or sugar. It worked for me. I eat that stuff now, but I keep it to one serving of each per day.
New studies have shown that overweight women whp breastfeed do not need that extra 500 callories a day that is so widely reccommended! So consume a normal amout of cals and watch the weight drop off!
Drink plenty of water, eat healthy "only eat what grows" diet -- which is don't eat boxed, pre=packaged, sugary, corn syrupy, fake foods, lots of fresh veggies and fruits, whole grains and lean meats and get some exercise!
My 6 week old is a hig needs baby, my FAVORITE thing to do now is go to the gym. My gym has a daycare and I get an hour alone and i'm doing something good for my body!
stop eating the wrong foods, go to weight watchers, i have just lost four stone with them..
Get off your butt and do some exercises

You should lose weight whilst breastfeeding so no need to diet so long as you are not overeating sugary foods. Wow with two babies your weight should drop because you will be running around all day. Your labetalol should be reviewed by your doctor at 6 week check or before if you run out of tablets.
when did you give birth? It took me about a year to lose my weight after i had my daughter and i still have what i like to call "mummy hips".
If you breast feed you burn on average of an extra 400 cals a day compared to a non-breast feeding mum.
I gather at the moment you are not working? are you able to take a walk a few times a day, even if its to the local corner shop, its amazing how many calories you burn just by doing things like that.
If you are still worried try speaking to your gp, they might be able to give you a specific diet or tell you the best thing you can do.
I have heard of a group of mums that do excersies together while they are out together that use the kids buggies, you know stretches etc when on the move and they are meant to be excelent.
good luck!
