yes, but it was thirteen years ago now, and I wish I had planned it better! However, he is quite happy, and reckons he can ask for bigger presents because they can be combined (like this year he wants an X-box and one would not even consider it if it was just for Christmas! )
So long as you make a cake and a fuss, and then you can organise a party at a better time of year so that all the friends can do something outside and not just trash your house at Christmas time. All works out fine in the end.

My sons bday is in December and this year we decorated gingerbread cookies I just try to make sure that his bday doesnt get overlooked due to Christmas and I just get him a few small things and a big thing for Christmas.

yup, 16th december 2006. he was 10 pound 4 and is thriving! hes now 10 pound 15 ounces! shows even babies put on a few pounds over xmas!
My baby son was due on 8 December this year, but he came a week early, on 30 November! He's just celebrated his first Christmas at just over 3 weeks old! I was slightly nervous about going very overdue and being stuck in hospital over Christmas but it never happened!
I was due to be born on 20th December myself, but also came early - on 17th December. My mum had to stay in hospital for a week after having me and brought me home on Christmas Eve. She said it was the loveliest time to have a baby, with the wards all decorated and carols being played etc.
Spare a thought for my ex's mother. He was born on Xmas day itself! Made present buying a doddle though - two pressies one in birthday paper and one in Christmas paper, every year!
