it is perfectly safe in fact they suggest it through out pregnancy because when you get closer to delivery it helps your body to open your birth canal and for the cervix to soften it is ok have fun just don't get too rough and no acrobatics:) my wife just had our son last month and we were fine on the intimacy issue through out.

please wait for one more month. there is no definite danger but chances of miscarriage or antipartum haemorrhage are there. in the last trimester again u have to be patient to prevent the risk of preterm labour.
