Buy a house and two vehicles. Pay off all debt and buy a few toys and new clothes for my husband, myself and my son. Give the rest to the needy as I see fit. I would not give it to charity, because they only disberse money to people they feel are in true need. I believe that is up to God to decide. Do I win the millions? lol
