Sex after having baby?
Answer:
Well I was the same and that is when I did it. Just be careful and stop if it gets to hard or painful to do! It took a few times for me to go all the way through having sex. I tore also and yes it can be more painful for us because of that ( healed or not)
Good Luck
PS my doc said if you feel fine and no pain then it is up to you when you do it.
Your doctor should have told you 6 weeks. That is for a few reasons - your body isn't ready, and on BC pills they may not be effective because your "cycle" hasn't started yet.
I waited about 4 weeks... minimal pain, i was done bleeding, and i didn't get pregnant.
dont have it again ok bu bye
Its best to wait the full 6 weeks if you can. Especially if your still experiencing the post partum bleeding. And if you had stiches you deffinatly need to wait to see if they have healed correctly because you could rip them again. Your birth control will not be effective right now since its only been a week (it takes a full 4 weeks for them to take effect) so you could still get pregnant even if you havent had your first period.
There are other things you and hubby can do besides penitration before your dr gives you the ok.
well i was ok after about 2 and a half weeks to have sex. my stitches were gone and i was done bleeding.but if your still bleeding don't do it yet, because that means your not healed completely. you can do other things though. you can masturbate together and you can give oral sex.or even dry sex.just no intercourse yet. i wouldn't have fun doing other things sexually.
