What to eat i delivered a baby Boy one month back .Normal Delivery. Complete Dietry Chart For one Year?
Answer:
Do you want a dietary chart for the baby or for you? You can eat whatever you want. Baby should be on breastmilk preferably or if that's not possible then use formula. Up until at least 4 months babyu should only get breastmilk or formula. Around 4 months (check with your physician, it depends on baby's weight at that point etc) you can start baby on rice cereal. Usually 1-2 tablespoons a day. Once baby is used to the cereal around 6 months you can start with vegetables. Start with green beans, peas, avocados, etc then move to the orange veggies like carrots, squash etc. Introduce one new food at a time and wait 3 days before introducing any other food so you can see if there is an allergic reaction. Once baby is eating a wide variety of veggies you can introduce fruits like apple, pear, peach, banana etc. Don't buy the "dessert" baby foods like Dutch apple pie or peach cobbler - too much sugar and baby doesn't need dessert. Oh and once baby starts eating all those foods you can start getting the stage 2 baby food that is a bit thicker and has more texture. For teething you can also use zwieback toast and teething biscuits after baby is 4 months. Hope that helps, good luck!
Well, for the first six months, nothing but breastmilk (prefered) or formula.
Then... whose charts? There are several currently in use, and the official governmental ones are in the process of being updated.
