Try Evite.com -- you can download lots of cute invitations for all sorts of occasions on this site, including ones for baby showers.
Just print out the invites on thicker (greeting card-like) paper.
If you'd like to create your own invitation, you can go through Yahoo photos. That way, you can put a picture of the baby on the invites. You'll have to come up with your own invitation text though.
