Is it possible that my 3 month old is teething already?
Answer:
Yes, it is possible. I've heard of babies being born w/ a tooth. My son was 7 months when he got his first one but it varies greatly. It was just like you described, a white, hard bump (it looked a little swollen). Maybe she wants to get them early and get it over with, that would be nice, lol.
It's probably a tooth. It's normal for some kids to get teeth early.
yeah, its totally possible.
some babies are born with teeth, so it can really start any time.
I have heard about children born with teeth, so anything is possible. Has she been fretful lately? That will probably be a clue.
Absolutely, and it is probably causing her to drool alot and be irritable, get her some baby Origel.
yea its totally possible...my daughter had that a 3 months also but she just poped her first tooth and she is 7 months so some babies can teeth that early but its very rare!
Oh yes, quite possible.
Absolutely. My daughter was two months when she started teething. They can start teething way before they get any teeth. We use to put a wet wash cloth in the fridge and let her chew on that. It seemed to help a little.
Hope the baby feels better.
my son got his first tooth a six weeks old so it is possible.
yes I have hear that some children are born with teeth!
yes it may be a tooth she may be hitting her growth spurt early but you may want to go to the doctor to be sure
Yes it is. There are babies even born with teeth. My oldest cut her first 2 teeth at 10 weeks old.
Absolutely, my son had his two lower teeth by 3 months. Good Luck
Yes, it is possible. All babies are different.
it might be,my son had one coming thru when he was born, and my daughter had none till she was past one, babies get and do things at various ages
Absolutely, Seems we are all in agreement but I wanted to add a few things. I learned that the teeth move slowly to the surface so in actuality the baby is always teething until the teet break through the surface it just gets worse when they erupt (or break through) My first didn't get teeth until one year but drooled and fussed like she would get them any day. My second has a full set of teeth at 14 month she stated at 5 months.
Yes it is possible, some babies are even born with teeth.
wow. a teeth at 3 months. thats amazing. babies can start teething as early as 3 months, like my daughter did; but she didnt cut her first tooth until 7 months.
I agree with the others - it is probaby the first tooth ;) My son started teething at about that age and by 12 months old he had all of his teeth... Some children just teeth earlier than others, just as some walk earlier and talk earlier, etc... So congratulations on this milestone! :)
