Does it situation what smudge a carseat basis is, as long as it's one and the same brand?

I want to purchase another carseat base for my infant carseat since I hold two vehicles, and I'm due within the next two or three weeks...It's an evenflo tour premier. But the only basis I can find are for evenflo carseats, but different lines. Will they be compatible? Thanks!


Answers:    Unlike other models with the Evenflo you can use ANY evenflo platform.

However with your subsequent seat i would recommend getting a britax.
There more expensive but in attendance the safest seats on the marketplace.

Im a NHSTA trained Carseat tech and i hate to see race compromise safety for money.
If you can fork out that extra money afterwards do it.
Its not worth your babies health to pick up a few dollars.

They should be compatible, everything within the evenflow line is SUPPOSED to be. But to be undamaging, get it somewhere that you can return it for dosh, not for store credit.

Does the base look close to the one you have already? I would look up the contact info on the company's website and phone up their toll-free number and ask them. You could also try taking the car form into the store and see if you can try it to see if it latches.
