for formula: nestle-baby.ca is good (they give a full size can, a backpack/diaper bag-while supplies last, and a whole bunch of info/coupons)
enfamil.ca is good. they also give a free can of formula and a nice keepsake box, as well as info cards about all areas of baby development and they mail out coupons every month or so.
for coupons in general: save.ca has lots of pampers/gerber stuff. also, if you sign up for the huggies newsletter (huggiesbabynetwork.com), they send you lots of coupons for diapers and stuff
