Nursing mom loss of appetite?

I have a 6 week old and I am nursing... The past two days I have had no appetite.. I feel fine but have to force myself to eat.. I have had a hardy appetite up untill now.. I nursed all my kids and this has never happened before.. My milk supply is the same.. I am just not hungry... Anyone else had this?

Answer:
When I breast feed my daughter, my appetite was low also. My Doc. Told me as long as it didn't last for more than ac ouple of days at a time, that it was fine, and to try to eat even though not hungry every couple of hours, just something small. But that it was caused by the fact that your stomach is still contracting and that your stomach is getting smaller...Good News, for most of us new moms!

Best of Luck!
I'm a guy and I have always had ample milk for all my young one's, sometimes they refuse but I force feed them, all of them.
I had lost my appetite for about 4 weeks after I had my son. I just made sure that I took my prenatal vitamins (cause they are for lactating mothers also) and sometimes I made myself eat. But, if you are not hungry you are not hungry, just try to drink lots of water.
