In this site I found a solution for dihydrated baby and that is 'Pedialite'.What is this?Where can i get this
Answer:
You can get it at Wal-Mart or a pharmacy store like Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, etc. My son was sick right before christmas & I got something put out by gerber called Liquilytes, the only flavor my Wal-Mart had was Fruit Punch but it does taste better than Pedialyte. If you get those huge bottles of Pedialyte you have to use the whole bottle in 48 hours, that's why I also chose the Liquilytes over Pedialyte. Even tho the Pedialyte has almost a years Expiration date or more. The Liquilyte comes in 4 small seperate bottles for like about $5.00 & Pedialyte is about $6.00. If your baby is under a year ask your pediatrician first, Both Pedialyte & Liquilytes says to contact your pediatrician if under a year old.
wal-mart
its like juice they also have Popsicles. they work really well, most grocery stores have them
its like agtorade for babies. its some funky tasting juice that rehydrates them when they've been sick. get it at cvs or walgreens
you can get it at a grocery store or any pharmacy.
Any grocery store or drug store has it. Pedialyte helps the child get rehydrated. It's not the best tasting, but it works.
A fluid supplement for dehydration... largely pure water with a touch of salt and some minerals, if I remember correctly. Excellent if the child has had a lot of vomiting or diarrhea.
Should be available at any drug store.
It's a liquid that has electrolytes in it. It's in the grocery store in the baby food isle.
its like a medicated juice in a way...u can use it if your child wont eat or drink too...and u can get it from any drug store or pharmacy...about $10 a bottle...comes in about 4 flavors, I think...and also comes in freeze form too.your local grocery if it has a pharmacy should carry them or go to walmart or walgreens(depends on where your from)
You can get it at any store. It's kind of like baby gatorade, it gives them electrolytes. Just an FYI though, it tastes REALLY nasty, I know alot of kids who won't drink it. My daughter's doctor said Gatorade was fine (plus it's cheaper), just give it to them in smaller amounts.
My son won't drink Pedialite. You can give your kid juice or water if they won't drink the Pedialite, but the Pedialite is better for them because it has the right balance of electrolites or something. You can get it at any major grocery or at wal-mart.
you are able to buy pediolite in grocery stores ,pharmacies it is not at all hard to find, pediolite is clear in color looking just like water it has a medicinal bite to the taste ,pediolite is expensive but not to the extreme
Pedialite is a clear liquid electrolyte that you can purchase at a pharmacy or grocery store.
Shoppers Drug Mart, Zellars, Wallmart, grocery stores... anyplace you find baby stuff. It replaces the electrolites in your baby when he gets dehydrated. But if he's severely dehydrated take him to the hospital please.
it's an electrolyte replacement treatment. Here in Canada, it is available at every pharmacy, grocery store, Walmart ect.
dito everyone--you can also find this at your local dollar stores, the same stuff just way cheaper
they have the name brand as well as 'store' brand
Pedialyte restores body water and minerals lost through diarrhea and/or vomiting. You can find it at most drug store chains such as cvs and walgreens and major retailers like target and walmart. They also have store brands that work just as good called pediatric electrolyte. My daughter and son had gastroenteritis and the doctor recommended pedialyte for the diarrhea they were having.
You can get it at any drug store, walmart, target...Its like a juice that helps them become rehydrated.
Please make sure you understand why your baby is dehydrated.
