Two ?'s about upcoming Baby?

First do Wipes expire because my baby is due in April and I have already recieved wipes for shower gifts? When would be a good time to set up my babies room? I have everything it is just still in boxes.

Answer:
Wipes don't expire, they may dry out a little bit, but they don't ever go bad.
You can start setting up the baby's room any time! Have fun, enjoy it.
They won't go bad before then.
You can set up your room whenever you are feel comfortable doing it. Are you sure of the sex? I have known some to be a surprise. I myself wouldn't set up the room till the last month of pregnancy. Partly because I feel it should be fresh with the coming of the baby -- then I wouldn't want anything to go wrong and here I have this room all set up. If there is any painting, wallpapering or anything like that to do, go for it. It is really all up to you.
no they will be fine in april as long as there sealed and not opend the moisture will stay in i remember i was getting wipes in months before my baby was due they was ok and congrats to you its the most wonderfull thing having a baby
Wipes don't go bad, just don't open them, they could dry out if you leave the cover open a bit.

You may want to set up by end of February - March. You'll want to wash some of the clothes for your new baby. Don't wash them all in case the baby is too big. You'll be surprized at how quickly the baby grows the first month. I had some clothes my baby only wore once.

You'll also want to wash any new blankets, sheets, etc.
You could set up the furniture stuff at any time. Just don't leave to the end when you might be too tired and incase the baby comes early.

Good luck.
Ha you made me think:No wipes don't expire they just get dried out if you open them. But to refresh them add a little water like trickle some on. Your welcome to set up the nursery at any time you feel like it. I also am due in April and have the nursery almost half way done. I have a half a bag of wipes left over from when I baby sat last year and they still are wet. So don't worry and enjoy the time while you have it. Congrats
Wipes dont go bad, they do dry out so don't open them yet! I would set up a month before the baby put the crib together, wash everything etc. then everything will be ready in case you go early!
Wipes will keep as long as you don't open them.

You can set up the baby's room whenever you want to. You probably have more energy now than you will in a couple of months. It's never a bad idea to do things ahead of time, either...my daughter was due at the end of April and I had her March 15...I had to go home and build the crib while she was in the NICU.
i would say start setting up now. you never know if your baby might come early. you want to get everything done while you are still able to...before you get too big.
They may dry up but they don't expire. When it comes to the baby's room the one thing you have to remember is that the earlier you set it up the longer it will seem till the baby comes. I set my daughter's room up in February and she wasn't due until July. I felt like I had everything in there just no baby. Hope this helps and Congratulations on your baby to be!!
