Bedtime routine for 8month older?
*bath
*dress/massage
* bottle - afterwards she is usually out, I try burping her, but sh is out by next and I just put her contained by her crib
this has be working just fine, but pediatrician recommended to coppers and add brushing her theeth (all 3 of them) so she get used to it, and she doesnt get used to sleeping next to a bottle or cause any problems within the future (beacuse of doesn`t matter what milk is leftover within her mouth). And also to get her used to sleeping by herself lacking bedtime bottle as an aid.
Any suggestins on how should I do this? was thinking on *bottle
* tub + brushing theeth
* dress/massage
* quick bedtime story and to the crib.... ANy suggestions??
Answers: don't be afraid to rub the those teeth beforehand bed, you can use a wash cloth, if she pass out, do a quick rub down, and if she requirements to stay awake, give her hose to pass out again. i don't ruminate the bottle first before tub will work, babies usually want some kind of comfort past bed. my daughter who just turned one, have a sippy cup in the herald board, she sleeps with me, so when she get thirst in the middle of the darkness, she crawls and grabs it and take a drink and goes rear legs to bed. breaking their habits is really rock-hard, but it has to be done.
Well, if she with the sole purpose has 3 teeth I wouldn't budge to the trouble of brushing them - you can get like peas in a pod result by just wipe them off near a wet hose cloth. So, I'd leave her on matching schedule that she have now and after after she falls asleep simply wipe her teeth off next to the wash cloth. I'd rescue the whole toothbrush/toothpaste point for when she's a year old.
I did this near both of my children and they never had a cavity contained by their baby teeth at adjectives.
a bottle of water back bed would work because babies need that comfort.
