I have 2 girls which were pretty easy when they were litle but now I have a little boy who is getting pretty crazy with my wife. He will do whatever I ask him but freaks out when my wife wants him to do something. I don't really ever have to raise my voice with him, he's pretty good for me. My wife has problems with him all day when I'm at work but when I get home he's awesome. We have a pretty normal household, any ideas why he would act up for her and not me?

It's probably the way she talks to him. She may be taking her frustrations out on him and making him feel unwanted or she may be hurting him in some way. Kids do not reject someone without a good reason. Their instincts are better than that of adults.
Either she's hurting him, ignoring him, the girls are hurting him, or perhaps he has a hearing problem. Tones can bother the ears. The higher pitched tones of a woman can be deafening, while the lower tones of a male voice can be soothing. Perhaps your son needs hearing test. Or perhaps your wife can try talking to him in a deeper tone.
