What do you focus the punishment should be for women who flop something like?
What do you imagine the punishment should be for those women who lie and say aloud he is the father when he isn't the father.
Answers: They should be made to pay pay for any child support collected and be charged with perjury.
Her punishment will come from her child.
I'm not sure they could really kind a punishment for that because a man should insist on a DNA test and not believe the women if within is any doubt. the only passageway there could be a punishment is if she flat out said he be the father in court and be known to be lieing becuase i.e. purjury
is there really a fitting punishment... for a women the lie almost something like that...
sounds approaching she is protecting said child... but i would ask why... and move on

How do you know it's a lie when they may if truth be told honestly believe it's the truth? The only mode to prove that they were wrong would be to do a DNA tryout, because they couldn't know for sure otherwise. That wouldn't prove that they lied though, that would only prove that what they believed be wrong.
If they have collect child support over the years I discern she must pay that money rear. She (her child) received it under a pull the wool over your eyes. She will also be punished by her child. Can you imagine how you would get the impression being told your intact life that someone is your father individual to find out later that he is not? I would be exceptionally angry with my mom and wonder what else she have been lying give or take a few.
It is up to the courts to determine the penalty, but sometimes it isn't fines or possible secure unit time or community service.......to have to stand beforehand the person wrongfully accuse and publicly admit the lounge and say one is truly sorry basically may be the harshest penalty of adjectives.
