Why do children feel more sensitive to things?

The evidence for the fact that the children are more sensitive to things is in the following statements?

*They get more pleasure out of christmas and get more exited than we do.
*They get very upset if they cannot have thier toy/candy
*They nearly always at the slightest pain trigger (which is not because of fear - since babies have little fear)
*Babies cry because they need feeding
*Children get upset to the extremes about having to go to bad at night
*Children hate wiating for things for a long time

I never know how a parent can possibly spank them.

Is it true what I am saying, or is this me wrong; if so state why, but I will not believe you, just intrested in what you have to say, that is all.

Answer:
Children do not know how to handle all of their emotions, whether happy, sad, good, bad. They lack the experience that older people have in dealing with their emotions in a healthy way. Children are easily overwhelmed.
AMERICA IS ON A DOWNHILL SPIRAL
They just need time to mature.
i think it's becuz they take everything in-good or bad, happy or sad, they just take it all in. as you get older most people learn to keep a lot of stuff out and you also learn to deal with life. children don't know how to do that yet.
