Does any one else get fed up with people telling you how much they spend on there kids?

well done you, i completely agree, kids are sooo spoilt and half the time they are not deserving of any of the presents they get at all, mine are having 5 each off me this year, i used to get them tons, but they were all cheaper toys etc, so this year, i got them what they wanted because they have been sooo good, all they asked for were 5 each. my kids have been brought up to not want want want all the time and i think a lot more mums and dads should do the same. marry christmas hun, xxxx hope ya have a good un.

good for you...( i don't mean that sarcastically). xmas isn't about how many and expensive presents, its a christian holiday about the virgin birth of Christ.
I am so with you! My husband and I don't have a lot of money, so much of the time all we can afford to spend on our son is our time--and looking at how some kids behave, I think I'd rather spend time than spend money!
yes, but i just let them ramble. on, I guess they do it for attention and they probably just flaunting it in your face. just say thats nice, but mine know that its the thought of a gift and not how much it cost.

i think some people (not all) that can spend a lot of money like to show it off and xmas is just another way of doing it. these are the same people that have to tell you much they spend on EVERYTHING! just ignore them.
